Little Bulgarian School in Chicago, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation based in Illinois. It was established in 2010 with the mission to empower the Bulgarian-American community in the Chicago area through high-quality education in Bulgarian language, culture, and heritage for students from preschool to 12th grade.

The Little Bulgarian School in Chicago has a two-level management structure - The Board of Directors and Operational Management.
The Board of Directors is comprised of seven members who oversee the organization's activities, policies, and finances. These members are experienced professionals who are fully committed to the mission of the Little Bulgarian School in Chicago.
The Operational Management (OM) is responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of the organization. The OM employees report to the Board of Directors monthly.
